Cashew Kernels
Cashew kernels are the edible seed extracted from raw cashew nuts after shelling and peeling. Ghana’s cashew is renowned for its large kernel size and distinctive light colour — qualities that command a strong premium on global markets.
ICBC plans to produce graded cashew kernels (WW grades) as a core value-added export product after installation of our processing line in Bono Jaman.
