Last updated: 22 June 2026 · Draft pending legal review
1. Purpose
These terms apply to any request for, and any grant of, access to ICBC corporate, regulatory, project or investor documents (the “Materials”) through the Data Room Access Request process.
2. Confidentiality
Certain Materials are confidential. Where Materials are provided, you agree to keep them confidential and to use them solely to evaluate a potential relationship with ICBC.
3. Authorised use only
Materials are provided for your internal evaluation only. You may not use them for any other purpose, or in any way that competes with or is detrimental to ICBC.
4. No redistribution
You may not copy, publish, forward or redistribute the Materials to any third party without ICBC’s prior written consent.
5. Accuracy limitations
The Materials may include forward-looking, draft or indicative information. They are provided without warranty as to completeness or accuracy, and are subject to change.
6. Revocable access
Access is granted at ICBC’s sole discretion and may be limited, declined or withdrawn at any time. Access may require identity verification, approval and/or a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement.
7. No offer
Provision of Materials does not constitute an offer, solicitation or commitment of any kind. Please read together with our Investor Disclaimer.
8. Document precedence
Any transaction would be governed solely by formal definitive agreements, which prevail over the Materials and over this website.
