This website is operated by International Cashew Business Centre Limited (“ICBC”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Ghana with its registered office in Accra, Ghana. This policy explains how we handle information submitted through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation, country, telephone number (optional) and the message and enquiry type you submit, together with your consent confirmation. Cloudflare, as our website hosting, CDN and security provider, may also process standard technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to deliver and protect the website, including routing the contact-form request to our Cloudflare Worker.

3. Why we collect it

We use the information solely to read, assess and respond to your enquiry, and to maintain a record of correspondence with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Where you submit the enquiry form, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Who processes it

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, content delivery, security and processing of contact-form requests through a Cloudflare Worker. Enquiries submitted through the website are transmitted using Resend’s transactional email service and delivered to our business mailbox hosted by Zoho Mail at info@icbcghana.com. These providers support the operation, security, transmission and management of the enquiry service in accordance with their applicable terms and privacy notices. ICBC uses the information submitted through the form to review and respond to the enquiry and does not use it for marketing unless separate consent has been obtained. We do not sell enquiry information or disclose it to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

7. International transfers

Because our website, email-delivery and mail providers operate globally, your information may be processed on servers located outside Ghana. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely.

8. Analytics & cookies

This website does not currently run web analytics or advertising trackers, and does not set non-essential cookies. If analytics are introduced in future, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated and any required consent obtained beforehand.

9. Your rights
